Shipping policy

All locally stocked items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All items shipped directly from the supplier will be processed within 1-2 business days have an estimated delivery time of approximately 10-18 days with USPS Express.

Pre-Order items will have a delivery time of approximately 10-18 days once the product becomes available from the manufacturer. (Note: All pre-order items are in the production stage and not available to the wholesaler)

Shipping carrier will be determined by the seller at time of shipment. All shipments will be through DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact support@gingerhavenboutique.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
